Finding out the rest of her dirty deeds certainly only cemented my opinion.  But I hated her before we knew any of it.  When we briefly thought “oh this will be good, another battlestar, the fleet will be stronger” and such.

Admiral Helena Cain, “Battlestar Galactica”

Admiral Helena Cain’s knife from “Razor” was a modified Boker Magnum Comos, model RY-225, sidelock with pakkawood handle.  The knife has long since been discontinued from production, but back in the day I was lucky enough to snag a whole bunch.  I sold the majority of them on e-Bay.  Wish now I’d held on to them, as you can not find one ANYWHERE. 

Seriously.  Go try and find one.  You’ll find a few places with it on their site; and none of them will be able to fill said order.  Seriously.  Try it.  I dare you.  No joke.

It’s a great pocket knife.  I have 4 of them.  Two I use, and two remain in their dinky cardboard box packages.  I’d love to get Michelle Forbes to sign one, someday.  It’s as sharp as a razor, I tell you that.  It’s the kind of sharp where you don’t even feel it cut you if it moves fast enough.  I know this as I once slipped while using it to open something, and it made a nice quarter-inch hole in my hand right by the base of my thumb.  You know, the weird part of flesh where if we had webbed hand’s we’d have such?  LOL.

Anywhom… yeah, I wish I’d hung on to them.  Because I sold them back then for $22 or so, paid $8-10 a pop, so nice double margin mark-up.  But now?  Fuck.  I could likely sell one for $60-80 or more, considering they don’t exist outside of the multitude of collectors who bought them all up.
